DEFINITION

Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Childcare service, Party, Subscription, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of RBITC Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

You will need to keep your account name and password confidential. You will need to notify us straightaway of any unauthorised use of your account.

NOTICE PERIOD/CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

All bookings are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mail to us at info@rbcoaching.academy . If a cancellation is made between the first (1st) and the tenth (10th) of the month this will incur no other charge than that current monthly payment. All cancellations after the tenth (10th) of the month will incur the next months payment as a "Notice Period". The child can take part in the Activity during these notice periods. If you cannot attend sessions within the notice period , you can use the payments as credit towards future activities.

BOOKINGS

Bookings for all activities must be made in advance. By booking a place for your child on any Activity with RBITC Ltd you accept these Terms and Conditions. RBITC Ltd offers an online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by RBITC Ltd you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Re-booking reminder emails will be sent once the course is completed. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are hereby incorporated.

Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an RBITC Ltd Activity. For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day without having made payment prior to the course will NOT BE ALLOWED to take part in the Activity until payment has been made.

Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity as listed. RBITC Ltd will NOT issue any refunds due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits will only be given to players who miss Football Camp days .

RBITC Ltd's minimum subscription is for 3 months and if a child wants to leave during this time payment will be taken for those 3 months and also for the additional 30 day notice period. The child can still take part in the Activity during this time and up until the end of the 30 day notice period.

The RBITC Ltd yearly terms runs from September to July the following year. Once the term finishes children are allowed to leave without a notice period.

PAYMENT

RBITC Ltd accepts credit/debit card through STRIPE as method of payment.Cash can be used for payment but agree this with Ryan Byrne first.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

50% Discounts on camps , skill centre and tots programme is currently available when booking for additional siblings on any Activity. 25% Academy discount .

CHILD PROTECTION

All The RBITC LTD staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to RBITC Ltd

FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY

RBITC Ltd from time to time take photographs/film of any of RBITC Ltd activities, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising through our literature, website, social media platforms (Facebook, twitter) press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make RBITC Ltd aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the Activity starts (where possible RBITC Ltd will inform parents/guardians at the start of an Activity). If you change your mind you can ask for a photo to be removed anytime by contacting INFO@RBCOAching.academy

RBITC Ltd will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be requested. We will remind you to update every 2 years via email.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

RBITC LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending RBITC Ltd activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.

RBITC Ltd request a reasonable cost of repairing or replacing a piece of equipment if a child is found to be responsible for causing damage or the equipment going missing which has been provided for the Activity.

HEALTH & SAFETY

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue.RBITC Ltd staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body and also an up-to-date DBS certificate.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on activity which involves, for example, football, futsal or another contact sport.

reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

RBITC Ltd will NOT be held responsible for any loss or injury whilst attending RBITC Ltd activity.

The RBITC Ltd reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child who has or had any form of illness or injury within 48 hours of the class. requests parents to refrain from bringing your child to class if this is the case.

RBITC Ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

RBITC LTD reserve the right to refuse any child admission to any of our programme's when other children in the programme are at risk of any safety issues out of our control which our staff cannot be held responsible for. This also includes our venue management hire conditions.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

We need to know about any medical conditions of your child in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to RBITC Ltd at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.

LIABILITY

RBITC Ltd has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Insure4sport. Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where the RBITC Ltd or its staff is proven to be negligent,RBITC Ltd to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

All information is correct at the time of printing and publishing. Please check details on our web site before you book. In the event that RB ITC Ltd has to cancel an activity for any reason (inclement weather, venue safety reasons, unavoidable extraordinary circumstances etc), alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time or venue will be arranged and confirmed to all. RBITC LTD will not be liable if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time or venue and NO refund will be issued.

FORCE MAJEURE

In an event beyond our control RBITC LTD will make all efforts to continue their program within reason but will appropriately deal with and may make decisions which effect their customers and the service they provide. Upon completion of the force majeure event RBITC LTD must as soon as reasonably practicable recommence its programme under our terms and conditions. RBITC LTD must provide a revised programme rescheduling its service to minimise the effects of the prevention or delay caused by the event of force majeure.

LEAVING AN ACTIVITY

Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian. Each child will be released by RBITC LTD staff once the child acknowledges the parent or guardian. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the head coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer services INFO@RBCOACHING.ACADEMY within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

INFORMATION

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and RBITC LTD

By booking an activity with RBITC LTD you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.

If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

AVAILABILITY OF OUR WEBSITE, ERRORS AND VIRUSES

We will use all reasonable endeavours to make our website available at all times but cannot guarantee that our website will operate without interruptions. We will use all reasonable care to ensure that our website is error free and that the website and its server are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms but this cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
